Cookie and browser storage
Advertising and external measurement tools are disabled by default. If the administrator enables Meta Pixel, Google Analytics or Google Ads, they load only after your separate advertising/measurement permission. You can use the catalogue and contact form without permission.
Mandatory administrator session: An HttpOnly, SameSite=Strict session cookie named babyligo_admin is used only for administrator login; its validity is 2 hours. It is removed upon logout. In production, it is transmitted over HTTPS.
Statistics preference: The babyligo_stats_consent record stores your consent or refusal preference in the browser's localStorage area. The preference is retained until you change it or clear your browser data. This is not an advertising ID.
Optional statistics ID: Only when you grant consent, a random browser ID named babyligo_stats_id is kept in local storage. The server processes this ID with a monthly changing summary to calculate daily/monthly unique visits and page view counts. Raw IP addresses are not written to these statistics tables. Hosting service security and access logs may be processed separately.
When you grant consent, product page reviews, phone and WhatsApp link clicks are also counted as totals on a day/product basis. These clicks do not imply sales. Measurement records are kept for a maximum of 13 months. Measurements are not made when the Do Not Track preference is enabled.
You can change or withdraw your consent using the “Statistics preferences” button at the bottom of the page. When you refuse, new measurements stop and the local statistics ID is removed; previously anonymised totals are not retroactively linked to individuals. You can also delete local storage and cookies from your browser settings.
External measurement and advertising choice
Enabled Meta Pixel, Google Analytics and Google Ads may, with permission, measure page views and successfully saved enquiries, never purchases or payments. Google and Meta may process browser/device, network/IP, visit and advertising interaction data on their own services, potentially outside your country. This use relies on your separate permission.
Google tools may use _ga, _ga_* and _gcl_* cookies; Meta tools may use _fbp and _fbc. Durations depend on the product, account configuration and current provider policies. Local storage babyligo_marketing_consent retains your choice until you change it or clear browser data.
Withdraw permission using Advertising preferences in the footer. New measurement stops; existing third-party cookies can be removed in browser settings. Necessary sessions and Babyligo’s own statistics choice are separate. Disabled advertising tools are not loaded.
