Processed data and purposes
In contact and cooperation forms, first and last name, e-mail, optional phone, company and city information, request type, interested product and message content are processed. The purpose is to respond to you, evaluate product requests, conduct discussions for establishing a business relationship, and protect our rights in disputes. Data is obtained through electronic forms and direct communication.
Legal grounds
Depending on the nature of your request, the legal grounds applied are being directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract, establishment/exercise/protection of a right, and legitimate interests provided that they do not harm your fundamental rights. Optional statistics are based on your consent; not giving consent does not prevent you from using the communication service. The read checkbox on the form is not a marketing consent.
Recipients and transfer
To process the request, the infrastructure of authorized business personnel, the database service Supabase, the notification email service Resend, and the hosting service Vercel may be used. Information is provided to authorized authorities only within the scope of legal obligations or duly made requests. For transfers that may occur due to the overseas infrastructures of the services, applicable legal transfer conditions and service agreements are managed by the data controller. Retention: Data is kept limited to the period necessary for tracking the request and the period required by applicable legislation. Statistical records are kept for a maximum of 13 months. The deletion of unnecessary records and the control of access permissions are carried out by the business. Your rights and application
Under Article 11 of Law No. 6698, you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, request information if processed, learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose, know domestic/foreign recipients, have incomplete or incorrect data corrected, request deletion/destruction when conditions are met and have these operations notified to recipients, object to adverse results arising solely from automated analysis, and demand compensation for damages resulting from unlawful processing. You can apply by explaining your identity and request via satis@babyligo.com; identity verification or additional application methods in compliance with legislation may be requested when necessary. Applications are evaluated as soon as possible and within 30 days at the latest.
External measurement and advertising choice
Enabled Meta Pixel, Google Analytics and Google Ads may, with permission, measure page views and successfully saved enquiries, never purchases or payments. Google and Meta may process browser/device, network/IP, visit and advertising interaction data on their own services, potentially outside your country. This use relies on your separate permission.
Google tools may use _ga, _ga_* and _gcl_* cookies; Meta tools may use _fbp and _fbc. Durations depend on the product, account configuration and current provider policies. Local storage babyligo_marketing_consent retains your choice until you change it or clear browser data.
Withdraw permission using Advertising preferences in the footer. New measurement stops; existing third-party cookies can be removed in browser settings. Necessary sessions and Babyligo’s own statistics choice are separate. Disabled advertising tools are not loaded.
